As with previous similarly scaled projects, the redevelopment of the site was broken down into several distinct but inter-connected and inter-reliant stages - scoping and discovery, wireframing, design, production, test + beta-launch, launch and snaglisting.
Integration with the ICA's ticketing solution provider (tickets.com), the webbler's Shop plugin, Mailing Lists and Newsletters, User Registration, Calendar listings, ICA Blogs and more have all come together to provide the ICA with their new and much improved site.
