“Our new website is a light years away from our old version, and its launch in August 2012 was an important milestone for us in terms of developing our online presence.

The new site has been purpose-designed to integrate with our ticketing system (PatronBase), is fully adaptive for mobile devices and, most important for us and our customers, fully bilingual.

Tincan worked with us throughout the whole process and across every element of the project - project management, consultation, site structure, wireframing, prototyping, building, testing and launching the new site - and were instrumental in helping to build a project plan from the ground up, maximising its potential and delivering on it. They worked with our brand and design agency (View Creative) to ensure the new look and feel fitted in with the arts centre brand and both looked good and was effective across multiple devices. They applied their extensive ticketing integration skills to ensure we achieved as much efficiency as possible and kept user experience and our goals for site at the heart of our all efforts.

The new site has helped us to take a big step towards forwards in strengthening our digital activity, providing a platform for future development and providing the ideal space for the new digital output we are generating and users are looking for. The ongoing support of Tincan through the build process and subsequently has been invaluable, and we look forward to continuing the journey over the years to come.
