All of our clients have a dedicated account manager so if it's a general question or request for new work then you should give them a shout.
If you're looking to report a bug to us, then you'll need to log that with our TechSupport team via our bug tracker. Please make sure that you assign the ticket to TechSupport and not to another member of the team. The TechSupport account is monitored constantly but individuals may be out of the office or on leave and they may not see your query.
